the 2nd paragraph is technically not wrong...
the only problem comes with his poor choice of word in the 3rd
para, ie: "Privilege"... His arguement would have been more valid
if he left out his last sentence...
In writing, most ppl would reserved the last sentence for
something with impact. Unfortunately, impact there is, but it's
negative impact
